Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
This policy covers the Ishkrun Cloud service and the Ishkrun VPN apps for iOS, macOS, Android,
Windows and Linux. The service is private: accounts are issued by its administrator, and the apps
cannot be used without one.
What the apps store on your device
- The server address and your username.
- Your password, only if you turn on “Remember password”. It is kept in the system's secure
storage (Keychain on Apple devices, Android Keystore) and never leaves the device except to sign in.
- A connection log, kept in memory for troubleshooting and shown only to you in the app.
What the server processes
- Your username and password, sent over HTTPS to sign in. The server stores only a one-way hash
of the password.
- While you are connected: your IP address, the tunnel address assigned to you, connection time
and traffic counters. The administrator can see this to manage connections and limits.
- Service logs with connection and disconnection events, kept for a limited time for security
and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not record the content or the destinations of your traffic.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and the apps contain no third-party SDKs for them.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
Your choices
You can turn off “Remember password” or remove the app at any time; this deletes the data stored on
the device. To delete your account and its data on the server, write to
support@ishkrun.com.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.

Windows и Linux. Сервис частный: учётные записи выдаёт его администратор, без них приложения не работают.
Что приложения хранят на устройстве
- Адрес сервера и логин.
- Пароль — только если включено «Запомнить пароль». Он хранится в защищённом хранилище системы
(Связка ключей на устройствах Apple, Android Keystore) и покидает устройство только при входе.
- Журнал подключения — в памяти, для диагностики; виден только вам в приложении.
Что обрабатывает сервер
- Логин и пароль, переданные по HTTPS при входе. На сервере хранится только необратимый хеш пароля.
- Во время подключения: ваш IP-адрес, выданный адрес в туннеле, время подключения и счётчики
трафика. Администратор видит их, чтобы управлять подключениями и лимитами.
- Служебные журналы с событиями подключения и отключения; хранятся ограниченное время для
безопасности и диагностики.
Чего мы не делаем
- Не записываем содержимое и адреса назначения вашего трафика.
- Не используем аналитику, рекламу и трекинг; в приложениях нет сторонних SDK для этого.
- Не продаём и не передаём персональные данные третьим лицам, кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом.
Ваш выбор
Вы можете в любой момент выключить «Запомнить пароль» или удалить приложение — данные на
устройстве будут удалены. Чтобы удалить учётную запись и её данные на сервере, напишите на
support@ishkrun.com.
Дети
Сервис не предназначен для детей младше 13 лет.
